1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. peeled apples, chopped into chunks

Mix all ingredients together and bake in Bundt pan or a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
