SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each ginger, pepper and nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter

Soak bread in milk 5 minutes. Cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender not brown. Combine meat, crumbs, eggs, onion, parsley and seasonings. Mix until fluffy, about 6 minutes. Form balls.

GRAVY:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1 c. beef broth
1/2 c. milk

Mix in saucepan just until everything is mixed well. Pour over balls and bake in oven, 350 degrees until balls are done. They're great.
