3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. plain flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt the butter and chocolate together in a saucepan. Stir flour into sugar and then mix flour and sugar with chocolate and butter. Let cool and add beaten eggs, milk, vanilla and salt. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Cook at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Don't overcook.
