BRAZIL NUT FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
15 oz. plain chocolate bars
1 can evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow whip
1 c. Brazil nuts (or nuts of your choice)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring sugar and milk together to boiling point, then cook at medium heat for 4 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly. Clock exactly. Break chocolate pars into pieces. Mix bars, semi-sweet chocolate chips, marshmallow whip and salt in a large bowl. Pour hot milk mixture over one half at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Add nuts and vanilla and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
