CATTLE KING POTATOES 
3 lb. potatoes
1- clove garlic
1/4 c. butter
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. cream
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sautéed
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil potatoes with garlic in water. Mash potatoes. Add butter, egg yolks, cream, mushrooms and parsley. Turn into greased baking dish.

Bake until browned.

Serves 8.
