4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. salted Spanish peanuts (leave brown coverings on)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad dressing or Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. half and half

Combine shredded carrots, peanuts and marshmallows. Mix together salad dressing, sugar, vanilla and half and half. Pour over shredded carrot mixture and toss.
