ORIENTAL BAKED CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken breasts
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
1 c. mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks or slices
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Water

Place skinned chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Put pineapple over chicken. Slice vegetables over chicken. Mix ginger in pineapple juice and add water to make 2 cups. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees until done about 40 minutes.
