TACO SOUP | |
1 lb. ground beef, drain 2 c. chopped celery 2 c. carrots, sliced 2 cans cream of potato soup 1 can beef bouillon 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 2 lg. cans chili or kidney beans 1 qt. tomatoes 1 sm. can tomato sauce Simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Serve in large bowls with grated jack or Mozzarella cheese on top and crushed plain Doritos. Makes 5 quarts. |
