PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
Pork chops
Flour
Oil
2 c. Minute rice
1 can beef consomme

Coat pork chops with flour and fry in hot oil until done. Remove pork chops from skillet. Pour off oil from skillet, reserving about 3 tablespoons. Add oil to skillet with uncooked Minute rice, stirring to coat. Add consomme to rice, adding water if needed to cover rice. Cover skillet and simmer 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
