CORN MUFFINS OR STICKS 
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. cornmeal

Heat oven to 450 degrees (hot). Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill well greased muffin cups or corn stick pans 2/3 full. Bake 12-15 minutes. Makes 6 muffins or 8 corn sticks.
