SNOWBALL CAKE 
1 can coconut
1 c. sugar
4 env. Dream Whip
3 env. plain gelatin
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon or 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. angel food cake or 1 1/2 sm.

Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons cold water. Add 1 cup boiling water. Cool. Add 1 cup sugar and lemon juice. Add pineapple and chill.

Break cake in very small pieces. Prepare 3 packages Dream Whip according to directions. When gelatin is beginning to set, combine with Dream Whip. Oil (not shortening) mold or pan. Alternate layers of cake and Dream Whip, gelatin mixture. Starting with cake. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

Prepare 1 envelope Dream Whip according to directions. Unmold cake. Spread Dream Whip over cake. Sprinkle with coconut. Keep in refrigerator until used.
