SOFT PRETZELS 
4 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. luke warm water
1 tsp. baking soda
Pretzel or Kosher salt

Dissolve yeast in water, add flour and knead until smooth. Break into approximately 20 pieces and shape. Drop pretzels into 1 quart boiling water and 4 teaspoons soda, for approximately 1 minute. Place on a greased, foil lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
