1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. corn oil
1 pkg. orange Jello
3/4 c. water
4 eggs

Mix cake mix and Jello; add water, corn oil and beat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes for tube pan, 25 to 30 minutes for layers or miniature cupcakes.

ICING:

Grated peel of 2 oranges & 2 lemons & the juice
1 box powdered sugar, sifted

Poke holes into hot cakes, pour or dip into icing immediately. Put on rack to cool.

I usually double the icing recipe so the little cupcakes will be really saturated.
