1 yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, juice & all
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. Mix together by hand 15 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice and 1 small package instant vanilla pudding (3 3/8 ounce). Blend in 1 medium sized Cool Whip (8 ounce). Spread on cake and refrigerate.
