SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
3 lb. chicken or turkey breasts, cooked and cubed
2 cans creamed chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. minced or grated onion
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
1 doz. flour tortillas (sm.)
Grated Cheddar cheese

Mix together chicken soup, sour cream, onion, and chilies. Add chicken or turkey and mix together. Evenly divide mixture, placing onto tortillas. Roll and place in a 8 x 12 inch pan - sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
