TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. med. noodles
2 cans tuna fish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. green pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
Side dish - flavored tomatoes

Cook noodles in boiling water until tender, drain. Combine noodles, drained tuna, vegetables, and mayonnaise. Blend soup and milk, heat through. Add cheese, heat, stir until cheese melts. Add to noodles mixture. Bake in hot oven at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes (sprinkle with bread crumbs before baking.)

Serve with tomatoes, sliced in half. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dots of butter and bread crumbs. Grill under broiler for a few minutes.
