TIP FOR BANANA BREAD MAKERS 
When you have bananas that have gotten too ripe, don't throw them out. Mash them and put them in a container in the freezer for future banana breads. This is great when it is thawed because it is juicy and very flavorful and makes better breads than freshly mashed bananas. I have done this for years. Also, I usually keep a piece of masking tape on the container with the number of mashed bananas that are already in there written on top. When I add 2 or 3 more bananas I change the number. Your typical Tupperware square round holds 2 cups. That is about 8 bananas or so depending on the size of the bananas.
