1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Doritos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add chopped onion and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Mix in soups and cook for 10 minutes. Pour mixture over Doritos in casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese. Heat in oven until hot.
