BEET JAM 
3 c. beet juice
1 sm. box raspberry Jello
1 box Sure Jell
3 c. sugar

Heat juice to boiling point. Add Jello and Sure Jell. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar, boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Freeze on wax and store. Or substitute strawberry Jello.
