SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
4 or 5 small yellow summer squash (can use part or all zucchini)
2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing
2 onion
2 1/2 sticks butter

Using 1 box stuffing mix, mix as directed but using 1 stick butter. Set aside.

Slice squash and onions. Steam or cook in water together until barely done.

Mix squash, onions with the celery soup (undiluted).

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread stuffing on bottom and sides of pan. Place squash mixture on top.

Prepare the other box of stuffing, using 1 1/2 stick butter. Spread on top of squash.

Bake at 350 degrees. Cover with foil 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until browned. Serves 12 to 15.
