STRAWBERRIES & SHORTBREAD 
1 pt. strawberries
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

Combine 1 pint strawberries, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon grated orange rind and 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Place 2 shortbread cookies on each of 4 plates. Top each with 1/2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt. Divide strawberries equally among plates.
