PEACH COBBLER 
2 cans drained peaches
2 c. sugar
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. water
Nutmeg or allspice to taste

PIE CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. water

Mix the flour, shortening, salt and sugar with a fork until mixed well. Then add the water and make the dough. Roll it out and place it in a deep pan. Mix well peaches, spices, butter and water in a bowl. Then pour onto crust. Place in oven at 350 degrees until brown.
