1 can cherry pie filling
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. ground nuts

Combine ingredients in large bowl, folding together until blended. Chill.
