1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. chopped apples
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix oil, sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add nuts and apples. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan at 325 degrees for one hour. It is delicious with cream cheese frosting.
