CHOCOLATE KRINGLES 
4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix chocolate, oil and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir dry ingredients together and then add to other mixture. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Drop by teaspoonsful in powdered sugar and shape into balls. Bake on a greased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
