PRETZEL JELLO 
2 c. coarsely chopped pretzels (not Buttermaid)
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip (10 to 12 oz. carton)
6 oz. strawberry Jello
2 pkgs. Bird's Eye quick thaw strawberries

1ST LAYER: 2 cups coarsely chopped pretzels, 1 stick melted butter, 3 tablespoons sugar - pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER: Mix 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 large Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Chill.

3RD LAYER: Dissolve 6 onces strawberry Jello in 3 cups boiling water. Add 2 packages Bird's Eye quick thaw strawberries (other brand have too much water!). Stir until thickened. Let set, then pour over second layer.

4TH LAYER: Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with pretzel crumbs.
