DOCKSIDE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. horseradish
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add to other ingredients which have been mixed in a large bowl. Mix well and pour into a mold. Refrigerate. Unmold on a bed of lettuce with fruit dressing (recipe below).

ZIPPY DRESSING:

Combine maraschino cherry juice and mayonnaise until it is blended smooth and tinted light pink.
