1. Prepare 1 package of Supreme Brownie Mix. Bake and cool.

2. MINT CREAM LAYER:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food color

Beat until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.

3. CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

6 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. Hershey's chocolate or mint chocolate chips

Melt together, spread over mint cream layer. Chill.
