GLORIFIED RICE 
In saucepan combine:

1/2 c. water
1/3 c. uncooked, packaged prepared rice
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir to moisten, bring to boiling; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.

Stir in 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice packed), drained. Cool.

Meanwhile, sprinkle 2 teaspoons of lemon juice over 1 medium banana, sliced. Stir bananas into cooled rice mixture.

Combine 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; fold into rice mixture. Chill. Spoon rice mixture into serving dishes. Top with 1 cup halved strawberries. Serves 8.
