CRUNCHY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. minced onion
2 c. ground, cooked ham

Beat cream cheese and real mayonnaise (do not substitute for any other mayonnaise) until smooth. Stir in parsley, onion, mustard, hot sauce and ham; cover. Chill several hours. Form into ball; roll in nuts to coat. Serve with crackers.
