MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can Mexicorn
1 lg. can tamales (chopped in 1" pieces)
1 (15 oz.) can chili con carne without beans
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
2-4 tsp. chili powder
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Cook hamburger and onion together. Add Mexicorn, tamales, chili con carne, green chilies and cumin and chili powder. In large casserole put one layer of tortilla chips with half of the hamburger mix and 1/2 half grated cheese and then another layer of tortilla chips, meat mixture, with the rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
