BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf French bread
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
Cinnamon
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan or baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over it. Beat eggs, add milk and salt. Dip thick slices of bread in egg mixture until saturated. Lay in pan on top of brown sugar. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees flipping over after the first 15 minutes. This may be prepared beforehand and refrigerated. Reheats well.
