PASTA WITH CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE 
1 onion, sliced thin
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. chicken, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/2 lb. sausage cut crosswise into 1/2 inch pieces
14-16 oz. can tomatoes
1/4 c. dry red wine
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
3/4 lb. pasta
1/4 c. heavy cream

In saucepan sauté onion, garlic and pepper in oil until they are brown. Add chicken, sausage, tomatoes, wine, oregano, and basil; boil, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes. Lower heat.

Boil pasta. 5 minutes before pasta is done, add in heavy cream to tomato mix and simmer until pasta is done.

Drain pasta and pour sauce over and serve.
