SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 c. bulk pork sausage, broken up 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, diced 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. mustard Combine meat, onion and green pepper in a 10x6 inch dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 5 minutes, stirring twice to break up meat. Pour off fat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and microwave 10 minutes, stirring twice. Serves 3. |
