SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. bulk pork sausage, broken up
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard

Combine meat, onion and green pepper in a 10x6 inch dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 5 minutes, stirring twice to break up meat. Pour off fat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and microwave 10 minutes, stirring twice. Serves 3.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
