OYSTER STEW 
1 pt. oysters
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 qt. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Drain oysters, reserving liquid. Melt butter and saute onions and celery. Add oysters and liquid and cook 3 minutes or until edges of oysters begin to curl. Add milk, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Garnish with paprika.
