CALORIE COUNTER'S HAM & PEACHES 
1 fully cooked ham slice (1" thick) (about 2 lbs.)
1 (16 oz.) can dietetic pack peach slices
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. shredded orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice

Trim excess fat from ham; slash ham slices at 1" intervals. Place on broiler pan. Broil 3" from heat for 7 or 8 minutes; turn and broil 5 or 6 minutes more.

Meanwhile, drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. In saucepan, blend reserved peach liquid with cornstarch and cloves. Stir in orange peel and juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add peach slices. Cook until heated through. Serve peach sauce over ham. Makes 8 servings. 217 calories per serving.
