PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
3/4 tsp. meat tenderizer (optional)
3 tbsp. salad oil
2 lg. green peppers, sliced
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
3 onions, sliced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. bouillon
3 tbsp. soya sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. steak sauce

Cut steak into thin slices, across the grain, sprinkle with tenderizer. Cook in hot oil over high heat until brown. Simmer until tender. Add peppers, celery and onion. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
