BOURBON YAMS 
3 sweet potatoes, cooked
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
3 tbsp. bourbon
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. chopped pecans, toasted

Place sliced potatoes in a lightly greased 8" square dish. Combine butter and next 6 ingredients; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 servings.
