FRUIT COBBLER 
1 lg. can fruit (peaches, cherries, blueberries, etc.)
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour fruit and juice into a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. In blender, mix remaining ingredients (will be very runny batter). Pour into baking dish all around fruit, do not stir. Bake at 325 degrees about 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Just before taking out, dot with small pieces of butter and sprinkle a couple tablespoons sugar around on top.
