VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Stir in vegetables and sprinkle with cheese. Combine butter, cornflakes, and parsley and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
