TACO SALAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans, undrained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 head shredded lettuce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
5 c. tortilla chips
1 c. tomato, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown beef in large skillet. Stir in tomato sauce and chili beans. Cook over medium heat until hot and bubbly. Break chips into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover chips with meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 350 degrees 20-25 minutes. Serve with chopped tomato, onion and sour cream.
