CREAMY CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter

FILLING:

4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (I use lite)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)

Pour filling into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add topping.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream (I use lite)
1 tsp. vanilla

Add topping and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve chilled. Very creamy texture.
