MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 lg. pkg. Tostitos, Doritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chopped green chilies
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. picante sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 1/2 c. chicken broth

Combine soups, broth, chilies, chopped onion, picante sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Boil together 10-15 minutes.

In buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish layer: 1/2 Tostitos, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 cheese Pour 1/2 sauce over layers. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
