VERMICELLI SALAD 
16 oz. pkg. vermicelli, cooked and drained
1 large can ripe olives
1 large can mushrooms
1 1/2 purple onion, chopped
2 large (28-oz.) cans chopped tomatoes, drained
1 medium bell pepper, chopped (optional)

Marinade:

1 bottle (8-oz.) Wishbone Italian dressing
1/2 bottle Salad Supreme
1 pkg. Good Seasoning Garlic salad dressing (can be added dry or mixed per directions on pkg.)

Mix ingredients of marinade and set aside. (If using the Good Seasons Salad dressing dry, add 16-oz. of Wishbone dressing instead of 8-oz. for juicier salad mix.) Toss salad in marinade and chill overnight. Will serve 15-20. Can be halved for average family portion. This salad can be kept several days and improves with age.
