LIVER HATERS RECIPE 
1 or 2 lbs. fresh liver
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. crackers or dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 egg
1 tsp. mustard

Put liver in blender for a few moments at medium high speed until liver is almost liquid. Add remaining ingredients except butter and again turn on blender on medium high speed until mixture is liquid. Melt butter in large skillet on low heat. Leaving skillet on low heat pour the liquid into skillet and cook covered until mixture solidifies. When solid enough, cut into serving pieces while in skillet and turn pieces over. Cook a few minutes more and serve.
