CHICKEN & STUFFING CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread stuffing
1 egg

Bring chicken to boil, then simmer for approximately 1 hour. S trip and break into bite-size pieces (save broth). Place chicken in casserole dish (2 1/2 quart). Dilute the 2 cans of soup with broth until of gravy consistency and pour over chicken. Add melted butter to the stuffing with egg and broth to make it crumbly. Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
