HAIR FOR TEENS 
SPEARMINT RINSE FOR SHINE AND CONTROLLING OILINESS:

Bring 1 quart water to boil. Add 3 heaping tablespoons of mint leaves. Cool, refrigerate. Use as after shampoo rinse. Be sure to rinse out excess for great shine and controlling oiliness.

ROSEMARY RINSE FOR DULL HAIR:

Boil 4 tablespoons of rosemary in 2 cups of water, strain, cool. Use 1 cup over damp shampooed hair. Massage into scalp, rinse. Rosemary is said to be a stimulant and can help dull drab, lifeless hair, especially during winter months.

THYME RINSE FOR DANDRUFF:

Boil 4 heaping tablespoons of thyme in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. Strain, cool, pour 2 cups over damp shampooed hair, making sure liquid covers scalp. Massage gently, do not rinse. Thyme is said to have a mild antiseptic property and can be a help in alleviating dandruff.
