SALMON PIE 
1/2 to 1 inch layer of mashed potatoes or bought crust

FILLING:

1 can salmon red or pink
5 potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 sm. onion, diced (optional)
1 c. peas or other vegetables (broccoli, corn, etc.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mash salmon (bones and all). Mix in peas, onions, and seasonings. Fold in mashed potato, reserving some (1 cup) for top. Fill crust; cover with reserved potato. Bake at 350 degrees until warm and brown.
