MUSHROOMS AND WHITE WINE 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken cutlets
Flour
1 stick butter
1 med. onion
1/2 bottle white cooking wine
1 c. mushrooms

Cut chicken cutlets into small, bite size pieces. Coat well with flour, put aside.

In a large skillet, melt one stick of butter; add onion and cook onion until it's almost clear; then add chicken pieces and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add 1/2 bottle of wine and your mushrooms. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently. Sauce will thicken upon cooking. 4 servings.
