4-DAY COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
2 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen coconut

Mix together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Mix together: 1 stick butter 2/3 c. water 3 eggs

Make 2 layers, then cut layers in two when cool. Spread coconut between layers and refrigerate. Makes 4 layers.
